- Delivery Information: Items must be delivered directly to the conference hotel on Wednesday, [February 4, 2026], or shipped directly to the hotel to arrive before Wednesday, to ensure they are ready for registration on Thursday morning.

- Sponsorship Ask: Secure a premium exhibition experience with enhanced visibility at the conference.
- What's Included: Prime location in the Expo Fair, a table, chairs, table coverings, and on-site event staff assistance. Additionally, one complimentary conference registration will be provided for a staff member hosting your table.
- Sponsorship Benefits: Enhanced direct visibility in a prime location within the Expo Fair, complimentary staff registration, your logo on the conference tote bag, inclusion in the conference program, and visibility on the conference website.

Monetary Sponsorship Opportunities

- Sponsorship Ask: Your donation directly funds the purchase of the canvas tote bags that ASGW will gift to each attendee at check-in. These bags are used by attendees throughout the conference for notes, pens, handouts, and giveaways.
